American Crane School uses Crane Admin to manage student applications, class registrations, company-sponsored enrollments, invoices, and payment records. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use our registration forms, administrative services, and related systems.

Information We Collect

We may collect information needed to process registrations and provide training services, including:

  • Student name, contact information, address, date of birth, and certification-related details.
  • Class registration details, selected application type, enrolled session, location, and schedule.
  • Company sponsorship information, including company name, billing address, representative name, and representative email address.
  • Payment records such as payment amount, payment type, transaction IDs, invoice IDs, and related bookkeeping references.
  • Operational records used to provide customer support, send confirmations, and maintain application history.

Payment Information

Payment card processing is handled by our payment processor, Authorize.Net. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers or CVV codes in Crane Admin. We may store payment status, payment amount, transaction identifiers, and other bookkeeping details needed for reconciliation and support.

QuickBooks Integration

Crane Admin integrates with QuickBooks Online to create customers, invoices, products/services, classes, and payment records related to student and company-sponsored registrations. We store limited QuickBooks data such as customer IDs, invoice IDs, payment IDs, product/service item IDs, and encrypted OAuth tokens required to maintain the integration.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Process registrations, enroll students in classes, and provide training services.
  • Create invoices, record payments, send confirmations, and maintain bookkeeping records.
  • Communicate with students, company representatives, and authorized staff.
  • Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and improve administrative workflows.
  • Comply with legal, accounting, safety, and certification-related obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, QuickBooks Online, and certification or training-related partners when needed to provide services or meet business obligations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. QuickBooks OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest in the application database. Access to administrative systems is limited to authorized users.

Data Retention

We retain registration, payment, invoice, and certification-related records for as long as needed for business operations, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and audit purposes. QuickBooks connection tokens may be deleted when the integration is disconnected.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, legal, certification, or operational reasons.
