End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement applies to access and use of Crane Admin, an internal administrative application used by American Crane School to manage student registrations, class enrollments, invoices, payments, and related business workflows. By accessing or using Crane Admin, you agree to this Agreement.
Crane Admin is provided for authorized business use only. You may use the application only if you are an authorized user and only for legitimate American Crane School administrative, registration, bookkeeping, customer support, or operational purposes.
Subject to this Agreement, American Crane School grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Crane Admin for permitted internal business purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to users.
You agree not to:
Crane Admin may connect to QuickBooks Online to create and manage customers, invoices, products/services, classes, and payments. Authorized users must use this integration only for accurate business bookkeeping and registration workflows. QuickBooks access may be revoked or disconnected when no longer needed.
The application may contain confidential student, company, payment, invoice, and business information. Users must protect this information, access only what is needed for their role, and comply with applicable privacy, security, and business policies.
The application may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may depend on third-party services such as QuickBooks Online, Authorize.Net, hosting providers, and email providers.
Crane Admin is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Crane School disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Crane School will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Crane Admin.
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time if a user is no longer authorized, violates this Agreement, or creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
